For Our BPO Operations in Chennai we require:1.Trainers (Voice / Process):A graduate with at least 3 years of experience in voice, accent and process training. Willingness to work in US or UK business hours is essential. 2.Team Leaders / Process Leaders / Operations Managers: A graduate with at least 4 years of experience in team, process, service levels and operations management. Experience in handling US or UK based clients and willingness to work in their business hours is essential. Orientation in Six Sigma and Metric Measurement culture is preferred. 3.Transition Managers: A graduate with at least 5 years of experience in transitions (voice and non-voice), solution design, opportunity identification and process mapping / modeling is preferred. Good client management skills are essential. 4:Associates: A graduate with at least 1 year of experience in voice process. Willingness to work in US or UK business hours is essential.
