A major highlight of the job would be developing and sustaining excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues. Should be able to conduct presentations and discussions with senior management at Customer place. Tracking & Realization of receivables. Generating business leads from the existing customers. Translate client requirements for internal teams. Manage & negotiate change requests from customer.
