Sourcing profiles from a variety of sources including Job Portals, Internet groups, Referrals and Head hunting. Match profiles with job requirements which includes understanding technical skills Interact with prospective candidates to gauge their requirements and interest in a specific job as well as their technical skills. Schedule candidates for client interviews. Building good relationship with candidates and maintaining and updating a comprehensive database of all professionals with various skill and sets. Desired Profile: Excellent communication and personal interaction skills. Basic knowledge of Computers using Ms-Office and Internet browsing. Creativity and ability to work in team environments.
